Tired and Frsutrated

Guys I'm new to the forum but i've been reading alot of the post on here. I've been working out 4 days a week for the past month. I expected to see some result becausue i'm stacking with Cell Tech and Nitro Tech and workout out on a routine that I thought spread all of the muscle groups out. My routine is as follows: Monday: Shoulders/Traps (Cardio) Tuesday: Bicep/Tricep Wednesday: Rest (Cardio) Thursday :Legs Friday: Chest/Back (Cardio) Each workout lasting about 45- 60 minutes I drink Cell Tech immediately after my workout and I drink 1 serving of Nitro Tech with water about 30 minutes after taking Cell Tech and another serving of Nitro Tech with milk before going to bed. All my measurment are still the same and its been 1 month. Am I not being patient, am I not using the right supplements or what. I'm tired of spending what feels like wasted time in the gym. I need some advice from you guys to find out what the missing key is here and to get some motivation. DUBZ

DUBZ 1 month...wont let you gain loads...but youre right you should have increased a bit in 1 month...especially with that stuff, from what i've read here it works very well. whats your diet? supplements dont work brilliantly if you dont have normal food with them. Are you an ectomorph? (have trouble gaining weight, skinny, lean etc) What rep/sets are you doing with them exercises? If youre doing a cutting workout then that would explain why youre measurements are all the same...otherwise...I dunno Maybe youre just another hardgainer but to the extreme.

Thanks for the reply. I try my best to eat 5-6 mealsa day. Eggs in the morning with protein shake, protein bar b/t breakfast and lunch. For lunch I usually eat some fast food place b/c i'm in college but i've done research on the best places with protein proprtions so thats where i usually go And supper is usually meat like chicken or steak, then my protein shake again before bed. I mean I eat food to try to build mass but I don't stuff my face b/c I don't want to have that bloated look. Why reps are, what I thought, typical. I usually do about 3-5 exercies for each muscle using 3 reps starting at 10 reps, then 8 reps, then 6 reps. I wouldn't say that my training is a cutting workout b/c i'm trying to gain mass and I usually go heavy on the weight. Maybe I should use more weights, i dunno. DUBZ

No no, you seem to have the reps good, though id suggest starting at 8..not 10...10 is a little too many reps... Do you get any fat or carbs? By the looks of it you are getting tons of protein but the body cant effectively use a crapload of protein, intake about 20-40grams of protein each meal, as the body can only use that properly and effectively you need carbs, 3-4 grams per lbs of lean muscle mass in other words...you want to aim for 300 grams+ every day. as to fat, youre bulking, and your metabolism seems fast-RDA is 95 grams, so make sure to always hit that and go over if youre body can use it well.

Ok, so by increasing carb intake should help me build more lean muscle. Tell me, i've heard that water is also a vital part in muscle production, is there a certain amount of water I should intake or should I just drink the whole ocean. DUBZ

protein builds muscle, carbs give you energy to lift, if you dont take carbs, your body will use its fat reserves, or its own tissues if youre lethally low on energy from food to get energy, otherwise known as weightloss.... And yes water is very important, the entire body uses water to transport EVERYTHING in the body, nothing can move in the body without waters help from what i know. You should be drinking a gallon a day if youre doing pretty intense workouts.
