When I bench it seems like a shock or something is going down my arm to my wrist when i am pushin the bar up from my chest. I dont no what is wrong? Is something wrong? THis is the second time it has happeend when i have been listeing.

sounds like a nerve is getting pinched. i live with these wrist things; carpal tunnel like stuff. tendons in your wrist get swollen and press on the ulnar nerve. sleeping with the wrist splint helps and definitely wearing wrist support when doing stuff. if you don't have achy wrists all the time, it might be the way you are holding the bar.

bend your wrist back and stretch the tendons. it cured my wrist problems. the doctor is worthless all he gives you is anti inflammatorys that help for a few months.

go to www.inzernet.com and look at there wrist wraps, and they r worth every penny. My wrist used to be bad but now there good. Good Luck!
