Well I am a 22 year old student at a local School in Georgia.  Other than that I have a normal life?  I am a recovering Drunk just over half a year, and am finally starting to get in shape.  In November of 2004 I was over 300 pounds and didn't care.  One day I stopped and said forget it.  Now in July 2005 I am 190 depending on the day I weigh myself sometimes 188 sometimes 192.  Just recently I have started working out (weights) I have however started running and been doing that for over two months now I think.  Well since I lost the weight I am more active and am just ready to take on the day's ahead.  My routine is a jumble as of right now.  As I posted in one other forum it was hit every muschle group except abs which I didn't hit 4 times a week.  Starting today I am doing a split routine, the reason being my work out partner is slacking off and we have a conflict with the times.  Well today was legs and abs for me, with half a mile running, I couldn't do much more after legs usually the legs are a good 30-45 minutes before the run so it isn't as bad.  But other than those two groups the rest of my schedule and schedule as a whole starting truly next week since it wasn't a Monday with this week is:
 
Monday- Shoulders/Tris/Cardio(Treadmill)
Tuesday- Back/Calves/Cardio(Treadmill)
Wednesday- Cardio(Track or Treadmill)
Thursday- Chest/Bis/Cardio(Treadmill)
Friday- Legs/Abs/No Cardio
Satuday- Cardio(Treadmill or Track)
Sunday- Off
Every cardio session is going to be around 20 minutes.
 
My over all goal is now since the weight is gone is to firm the areas up where the skin is just hanging (stomach, and so on).  Other than that is get in better shape as well.  The Peachtree Road Race is coming again next July 4th my overestimated goal is to grab 1st Heh.  But if I can just finish 6 miles running a good pace by then I will sign up.
 
My diet is around 2000 calories now.  I take one day to induldge I guess you could say where I just slack off and eat more than that amount, but I also work harder the next day in the gym.

well specs after the first month of going to the gym are:
 
Height- 6' that wont change
Weight- 190 lbs
Body Fat %- 12%
 
Goals:
Weight- 180-190 lbs
Body Fat%- Under 10%
