On the N.O Xplode label its says that for best results take an hour after your shake. I'm wondering if I do it like so... 4.45pm - Pre workout shake 5.30pm - N.O xplode 6pm - Train 7pm - Cellmass 7.20pm - Post workout shake ...will it still work well enough for results? Or should I take the N.O 15 mins later? And also, with starting training 1 hour and 15 minutes after my pre-workout shake, is that too long after my last meal? Thxx
