Dont worry that strength will come back soon.

Im pretty sure for your next back workout you could do them exact reps and sets and rest times but 10-20lbs heavier, and bench the same for reps and sets and 5lbs heavier.

Gotta love newb gains lol

I like boobs. Not like big messy boobs that pour out the bra when they are unleashed. Not small boobs either. Not fake ones either. A full C cup.

Maybe your chest is dead because you do 12 sets in 25 minutes?! That's insanely fast.

maybe... but my reps are pretty slow and controlled.  If I rest too long, I get bored.

Note: today, thursday and friday I will be out of the gym.  Reasons being soreness and work.  Will return on saturday.

Sucks, don't it? I hate these first days back. Smile It's like getting kicked in the nuts repeatedly, while someone shoves ice picks in all your joints.

Chock it up to complete neurological shock. Give it two weeks, and you'll be itching to turn up the volume again.

What a joke I am.  I was too busy studying on the weekeend to go to the gym, that includes monday.  So I planned to go do a nice back workout today... and I'm ****ting through the eye of a needle.

This is no condition to be in while deadlifting!
