This is my workout i have been working out for about 2 weeks already but just began this routine Mon: Chest, abs and Tris Flat Bench 3 * 7,5,3 next week incline bench 3* 7,5,3 Dips 2 * 7,5 shoulder press 2* ,5,3 Upright Row 2* 5,3 tricept extensions 3 * 7,5,3 hanging leg raise 3* 20 Tues: Cardio Wed: Back and Bicepts cable straight back seated row 3* 7,5,3 pull-up 3* 7,5,3 Lat Pulldown 2* 7,5 Smith Shrug 3* 7,5,3 concentration curl 3* 7,5,1 next week barbell curl 3* 7,5,3 polymetric decline sit up 3* 20 Thurs: cardio Friday: Abs and Legs (one week wieghts next week polymetics) Leg Press next week Squat 2* 5,3 leg extension 2* 5,3 Seated Calf Raise one week standing Calf Raise the next week 4* 10,8,6,4 decline situp 3* 20 Sat: rest Sun: rest

Yesterday was monday Mon: Chest, abs and Tris Flat Bench 3 * 7,5,3 next week incline bench 3* 7,5,3 115, 125, 135 Dips 2 * 7,5 15, 20 shoulder press 2* ,5,3 65, 70 Upright Row 2* 5,3 wieght on each side of bar-10, 15 tricept extensions 3 * 7,5,3 75, 80, 85 hanging leg raise 3* 20 done

Friday: Abs and Legs (one week wieghts next week polymetics) Leg Press next week Squat 2* 135, 180 leg extension 2* 100, 110 Seated Calf Raise one week standing Calf Raise the next week 4* 95, 115, 135, 145 decline situp 3* 20 Done.

It looks like a pretty good split you have going although your not working your shoulders almost at all. All you do for shoulders is on your chest day you do should press. You should really add a few more shoulder exercises.
