Ok, well since it's the holidays for me, i've been workin out about 2hrs after lunch..around 3-4o'clock...but i'll be starting uni soon, and since i'm full time, i usually start early and finish late too...but i'll be able to work out on monday after uni, cos i finish early, and on saturday. but i dun think this is enough. however i start late on wednesday, and i was wondering is it alrite to do your workout straight away after u woken up? or best to have like breakfast, and like 1-2hr later, do it.....that's the only extra day i can do it...the other day's ill be getting home like 7:30 and i won't have time to do workout cos of homework, dinner etc..it'll be too late

Any time is a good time- Especially when time's an issue for you. It's better to do it than not do it at all, and the time of day you workout has little effect on reaching your goals. While I'm sure there is an optimum time to workout- It won't make a big difference. However- Twice a week probably won't be enough. I mean, again, it's better than nothing- But working out four or five times a week will make a big difference. If you can fit it into your busy schedule, do it. It's definitely worth the effort.

If time is an Issue then do it whenever you can fit it in. As for the best time well........everyone is different. I personally am not a morning person; I like to work out after work early evening. Edit: Also listen to your body, if you feel weak / no energy then eat something protein bar, protein shake what ever.
