You're very lucky - I went to do military presses today , chucked 72.5 kg on the bar did 8 steady reps then went onto the next set did 3 reps felt a tear and the workout was finished. Put me in a horrible mood for the whole day.
Dang man that sucks, hope that gets better.
So last nights workout went pretty well, dont remember the numbers exactly on all sets but it was something like this:
Bent Over BB rows--wu-bar/135x10/185x10/185x9/195x7
Lat Pulldowns—WU-110/160x10/170x8/180x8
Decided to not do deads still wasn’t ready to risk my knee so I did 1 arm DB rows instead
DB Rows- WU-50’s/70’sx10/75’sx9/75’sx9/80’sx7
1 arm Preacher Curls- WU-15’s/25’sx10/25’sx10/25’sx9/30’sx8
Hammer Curls 35’sx10/40’sx9/40’sx8
With my hammers I supersetted with some additional forearm work.
Chins BWx10 BWx7
Immediately after the workout I slammed down a waxy maize/ protein/ BCAA shake.
That was the workout, everything felt good. I’m glad I decided to lay off the deads, my knee is still a little sore and “iffy”.
Today (Wednesday) is my off day so I’m just taking in the calories, and might go do some HIIT cardio tonight at the gym for about 15 minutes.
