OKay so after a few days away from the journal and a mini vacation i was back at it today. Week 2 of the cut. Today was chest day, short and sweet, pretty much old school. BB Bench Inc MAchine Decline super set with 1 arm cable crosses Pec dec to finish for a pump. Overall great workout, and a great pump. After the workout did the followind hiit cardio: 5 min @ 3 mph 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 7 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 8 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 9 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 10 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 10.6 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 11 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 6 with 5.5 inc 1 min at 2.5 with 5.5 inc 1 min at 7 with 6.5 inc 1 min at 2.5 with 6.5 inc 1 min at 8 with 7.5 inc 1 min at 2.5 1 min at 9 5 min at 3 kicked my butt, thought i was gona puke... but it was totally worth it, and will continue to be worth it.
