Time to get back into the swing of things... - Saturday, May 08, 2004 7:03 PM ( #1 )
Well i haven't lifted weights in about 6 months... maybe longer! Its time for me to shape back up. Hopefully We'll get that teenbodybuilding bulk competition going so i can have even more motivation... if seeing a picture of my scrawny self isn't enough!

I don't need critiques... i know i have the smallest chest ever and many other problems. I know i'll want to focus on lats and forearms though... when i was lifting before my lats really started to go out and i had some nice forearms!

I'm gonna start Max-OT in a few weeks (once school finishes... may 20th!)

i know all to well what its like to build yourself up and then to lose your gains. if i dwell on it too much, it gets to me. but now i realize i screwed up, it happened, i learned from it and i wont let it happen again.

sounds like you have that frame of mind. just keep moving forward. set goals and try your best to reach them
