Time for new Strengthening workout

Hey I have been working out throughout my time at college and have recently taken about 3 weeks off, but i am looking to start up again. Well before what i was doing was working out for size but i feel as if i am big enough and now want to cut and strengthen. The main part that i believe needs strengthening are my bi's and back because my chest and tris are very strong as is. So what i need from everyone here is help setting up a 3 day workout to help become stronger, mass is not really my goal any longer, and if possible i would like it to workout like: Day 1: Chest and tris Day 2: Back and bis Day 3: Legs and you can tell me where shoulders would go but im guessing on day one Thanks in advance

for shoulders i have seen an array of different repsonses as to where to put it. some people have put it on leg day and some put it on chest tris day. personally i think it needs to be on chest and tris day. for your routine i would do 3 on and one off. i dont know how long you have been lifting but i couldnt stress more a HST routine instead of that current split. especially if you havent been lifting consistenly for awhile.

here's my current split that IBB made up. Frank gave it to me. Back/Bi Chest/Tri Legs/Shoulders 2 days lift, 1 day off. day 1 back/bi day 2 chest/tri day 3 off day 4 legs/shoulders day 5 back/bi... day 6 off. i think you see my the point. i like your split, and IMO.. putting shoulders in with ANY other exercise besides legs would be too much. put shoulders on leg day. you'll be fine.

Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
