I wish I could claim it as my routine.. unfortunately, it's been around far longer than I have.. If you do it right.. it's probably one of the most difficult, routines you'll ever do and will yield results.. goodluck

Damn, that WAS HARD! but here is what I did today, I decided I'm going to fully focused on strength training.... So I did  8 reps with heavy weight (well heavy for me..)

1st set:

incline Bench: 55 pounds for 8 reps

Squats: 45 pounds  (Kind of worried about these.. so low weight)

Bent over rows: 45 pounds

Hang Cleans: 45 pounds

Ok now that I knew what sort of my limits I upped the weight for set number two..

Incline: 65 pounds

Squat: 65 pounds (I could have done more but I was afraid I'd fall or drop etc)

Rows: 65 pounds

Hang Clean: 55 pounds

3rd: I was a little tired....

Squats: 65

Incline 75 (killed the hell out of me.. but it was fun..

hang clean: 65 HARD!!!

bent over rows: 65

I'll try to explain, and tell me if I'm doing something wrong...

In each set, I do each exercise for 8 reps, then do the other exercise with little rest in between. Then the next set I do it again.

As an example, bench press-8 reps, squat 8 reps, deadlift-8reps. That makes one set, then I do the next set, which is the same exercises. So I do 8 benchpresses, then with as little rest as possible, 8 squats, then 8 dead lifts. After doing all the exercises, I take a 20-25 second break, and do the next set.

Did a little lax routine of pushups and sprints...

I did so many push ups my chest hurts to raise my arms, and my legs feel like someone hit them with a baseball bat. But hey, thats what its all about.

I have decided, that I'm going to change my work out days to tues, thurs, and Sat. Because, I find it very hard to work out on wed. for my own personal reasons.
