Thoughts on this Stack - Friday, June 19, 2009 11:14 AM ( #1 )
Ok so I have been lifting for awhile and came up with a stack that I'll start on. I just want some thoughts and input please.

looks good except you probably dont need the DHEA, unless you are a little older
 
i dont know what GABA is though

GABA is an amino acid that promotes the production of HGH, good for fat loss.. and are you sure about not using DHEA?? Why not?

DHEA is really not going to do anything for you unless you are older.  Its a low level hormonal supplement and if you are young then you already have all the hormones you need and DHEA wont do anything really.   Aminos are good so i guess i would keep the gaba

alright thanks. I did see that DHEA is better for older persons but I thought the hormone bump would help. would there be anything else you would consider in the stack?

add a multivitamin and and maybe some fish oil and you will be good.

i've never tried it but it gets good reviews and the ingreident list looks pretty solid.

well my best friend works at gnc. I get it for 35 for 3 lbs. Normally its 50 bucks but its worth it. Great stuff.

It's a crying shame on a weightlifting forum there are more posts and topics under the supplements category than training and diet. Supplements do the least for your body, they don't even work unless the diet is right.

well don't ya think that since supplements are a newer category that there will be more questions about them? I think its a good thing that people do research on these things rather than jump right into them. I personally first mastered proper technique and my diet is great. I just want the "supplemental" help as well.
