But I am completely new to hardcore lifting, my usal excercise is just push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and stuff like that. Its good at getting pretty cut, but now I wanna gain some strength and some muscle. Anyways I know alot of people who are on Creatine, and I really have no clue what it does besides put water into the muscle or something. Whats the effect of that besides looking bigger. Does it add strength? Any answers will be appricited,
