Ok so i made the title to get peoples attention. This is just another guys training and cutting log. I think that this will probably help me more than anyone else since i have to account for everything I eat and all my exercises. I'm begining a cutting pahse and hopefully will get the fat off ASAP. But probably not. CurrentStats: Height: 5'9 Weight:175 BF%: Dont knowfor sure, higer that i want, probably like 18%(i need some fat calipers) Short term goal (subject to change): Make it through December and the Holiday season with out completely losing control and maybe even lose a pound or two. Long Term Goal: 8-10% BF.(I dont realy care how much i weigh if im Cut ) Supplements ( subject to change): Hyroxycut. I have some creatine but im cycling right now. I plan to buy some Muscle Milk and Six Star whey after Crhistmas. This will be hard work and i think im up to it. Please give any feedback, suggestions, support or critiques. Here it goes! Semper Fi.

K so I lift every week day in the moring in my wheights class. First class in the morning. Then i usually do pushups and crunches at home and cardio at night. Today: Legs Squats: 3x8 of 135 (I cant do alot of weight on squats do to a hearniated disc) Leg extensions: 3x10 of 130 Leg Press: 3x8 of 190 Calf Raises: 1x10 of 85 (ran out of time) Legs are my weakest cause i dont like to work them. Now I know that a clean diet is KEY. So please critique my eating today. Meal 1-630 am: One ham and cheese LEAN pocket. And a cup of OJ Snack/Postwork out-7:50 am: Half a protein bar Meal 2- 10:15 am:Some sausage and egg bake we made in foods and a bannana. Snack:1:15 pm: Other half of the protein bar. Meal 3 -3:00 pm: Small bowl of cottage cheese and a slice of turkey. Meal 4-615 pm: Tuna fish sandwich on wheat bread and some Baked ruffles chips. I drank about 10-12 glasses of water today also. I took two Hyroxycuts in the morning right when i woke up, right before meal two and at 4:45 today. I just started taking them yesterday so ill see how it goes. Thats pretty much it, an ok day. Itll be a good day if i can get the cardio in! Cross your fingers. OK so todays cardio was only some jump roping and jumping jacks. I also did about 120 crunches.

Thanks for the responses. Well, today was an ok day. Im still very sore from doing legs on Wednsday. In weights this moring we ran so i diddnt get any lifting in today. Im going to do some sit ups and pushups then some cardio later on tonight. As for the meals today i think it went well. Meal 1: 1 serving of bananna oatmeal. Meal 2: A bananna and small bag of peanut butter Ritz Bits. Meal 3: small container of apple sauce, Nature Valley granola bar, and some beef jerkey. Meal 4: cup of cottage cheese, left over tuna on a slice of wheat enriched bread and 8 peanut MM's, lol. Meal 5: 1 cup of Healthy Choice Chunky Chicken Noodle soup. Not a bad day... I uped the dosage of Hyroxycut to three, three times a day. Ive only been taking it for 3 days now so i havent see much results, but i feel alot more energized. I havent fallen asleep in class once this week and i havent taken any naps like i usually do when i come home. I hope this stuff will help burn fat better than i could do on my own. But im not expecting anything great. The side affect ive noticed from it so far is that i sometimes feel shaky and out of breath. I do think that my meabolism is running faster cause im starting to get hungry fairly fast. This could be do to the Hyroxycut and the mini-meal diet But isnt Hydroxy cut supposed mildly suppress the appetite? But its also supposed boost metabolism? Tell me what y'all think.

your diet is very close to mine. Right now all i do is goto the gym 4 to 5 times a week and take protein and i lost 5lbs in a week. I got alot of new stuff coming in. I got a bottle of HOT ROX Extreme coming so once I get on that I can only imagine that lbs to shed off. Diet looks pretty good.. as I said my diet is similar, I eat alot of salad, eggs whites, and fruit.

I was actually taking you serious until you said "baked ruffle chips", lol. I've been taking Hydroxycut also; I tend to take them several hours before I go to bed due to sleepiness. Re-post if you have the same problem.

K so i havent posted since thursday i think. And my diet has been sh**ty! Well actually friday was ok until i went to a pre-winter formal party and had alot of soda and like 4 smores! Then Saturday and Sunday wasnt that great either. Oh well the key is just getting back on the horse everytime i fall... So todays diet was ok... Meal 1: Ham and cheese Hot Pocket with OJ Meal 2: Small bag of Sun Chips Meal 3: Beef Jerkey and granola bar....then i caved in and got a nacho supreme at school!!!! Meal 4: Cottage Cheese and 2 slices of deli turkey. Meal 5: Pot roast, mashed taters, green beans and a smothie i made...and a breakfast bar... A little to much proportion wise and the Nachos were unacceptable. I know the Hyroxycut wont work that well either if im not doing cardio wich i need so start doing alot more. The work out today wasnt that great either... Just decline bench press. 135lbs 3 sets of 8 then i only got one set of flys in. I dont think ill be able to get cardio in today either.... Wow now i see it all typed up today was a crappy day! I need words of comfort hahaha. Well ill try better tomorrow. Ill make sure the workout goes good. Anyone ever used Hydroxycut before? Im thinking of stopping it right now and wait for the holidays to pass, cause i know that realisticly what ever little weight i loose before x-mas will probably come back during the break. So i think i sould just save it for when i can comitt to cutting for a while without interuption. Any ideas? What would you do ?

I am not totally committed to the whole body blast thing. I think I am wiening myself off of beer and liquir. I'm not a very smart man, but I'm very proud of what I have done since august. I'm 6'4 and I started in aug. at 225...brought myself down to 216 for a month. now I've gone from a waist size of 38 to 36. But my long term goal is to gain 25lbs of muscle by june or july. Like I said got it down to 216 now I'm up to 226...pure muscle thanx to anator P70. It allowed me to recover more quickly, and for a beginner its not a bad suppliment.
