Alright, last wave of my 5/3/1 cycle, hit a PR here with 5 reps which is roughly a 495 max from a deficit. So I should be able to pull 5 plates from here, it is gonna be fun to work from the ground again! Video
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead- 515 Total- 1175

Thanks, I really want to at least do a push/pull meet sometime soon just to get the feel. Then I'll get into a full meet once I get my squat moving in the right direction. With ankle and knee injuries it seems the powerlifting gods don't want me to squat lol. I'm sure I'm good for at least 315 paused bench and 520+ pull

PumaKrieg how much do you weigh? No idea, I don't own a scale and so I haven't weight myself in at least 2 months. But if I had to guess I'd say around 200.
