I know that most people either rant or request stuff in forums. But I just wanted to tell you guys that you're doing a great job here, especially keeping the forums clean in terms of snobs, flaming, and the like. In short, I think this could be a place where I'd like to be around for a longer time. Thanks for your cool job.

I attibute it to 3 things: 1- The moderators who are on top of questionable posts 2- The admins who care about the site and participate as much as possible 3- The members who try and follow the rules and abide by the community If any of those factors didn't exist, this place would not be as you see it. So thank you for noticing and I do hope you stick around. There will be times where you'll see arguments and such but this place is moderated. We do care about such posts and we try and keep the peace the best you can on the Internet. Learning and debating is #1. I want to learn about this sport too as much as anybody else. Easier to do that as a team. Welcome to DB!

I stumbled onto this site two years ago after doing a Google search. This is my home site and I hope to continue posting and learning here for a long time. No one is too young or too old here to make a meaningful contribution.

I have read different forum sites in the past, and evetually got tired of them because of the ranting and flaming. I could never see the point in that. Not only does this site not have that, it also has a lot of the same people that have been around for awhile and who contribute and who are very knowledgeable. You get more of a sense of knowing who the people are who post and trusting what they have to say. It just makes this site seem more like going to a friend for advice than going to a stranger.
