300-400 calories a day is fukked up man.  You probably counted wrong, or you are starving yourself.

You should be able to cut on 2,000 calories a day.  I did a big cut this last summer and i was eating more like 2500 or so, but i'm a bit bigger than you.

300-400 is NOT enough.  You are going to screw up your metabolism.  Take your bodyweight, mutliply it by 12.  Thats the range you should be for FAT LOSS.

Bump up your calories and post up your new diet plan :)

I was on 1800 calories and would have lost 700g / 1.6 pound per week, which I think is way too much, so I went up to 2200 calories. Now, losing 5 lbs a week is very, very unhealthy. I guess half of it must be lean mass, which will slow down your metabolism. Don't do that, man. You will regret it later. Read up on nutrition in the forums and you'll get where you want - slower, but healthier.
Destiny is a game you can't win. If you act accordingly, you can lose it the best way possible.

yes, you want to lose weight...but not starve yourself! can i ask how heavy are you? Are you sure that you're eating that much in one day? I'm currently 110lbs, and i take that much calories in for just one meal....and i doubt your weight is even close to mine, so you should be at least consuming as much as me probably in one meal.....seriously recalculate your calorie intakes with an online calculator....

[edit]...i was just relooking at your post, and looking at your meal, and that is no way 300-400 calories a day. do you mean 300-400 calores a meal? but still it's still not enough...and u said that you're planning to cut it down to 170 calories. do you that 170 calories is like a cup of milk? hmmm..please fix up your post :D

Well i have re-calculated my callories intake
after visiting many sites.
i have have came up with this conclusion,
after visiting a calorie counter.
i need to eat at least 2241 calories per day,
my fat loss would be on a three day excerise
routine i would be burning 1793 calories per day.
my extreme fat loss would be 1440 calories per day.
