This morning I woke up and felt like crap. My mom and sister had been sick all weekend and I guess I caught it. This morning I had a sore throat and felt like throwing up. Anyways, I still went to workout. I did pretty good considering I was sick. I did bench press with 175 for 2 sets of 4 reps and a set of 2 and of 3. Then I did incline bench with 150 for 3 sets of 5. I still feel like crap though, hopefully I will feel better by friday so I can up the weight on benching.
