Hello, I am thinking of stacking these supplements : ON whey100%, glutamine , creatine monohydrate, BCAA , EFA and MV. I heard about adding L-Arginine, what do you think of it? anybody used it before? is there any side effects of taking it?

I was on NOXplode which has L-arg. in it. IT supports protein Metabolism. From what i understand it is best if taken b4 a workout, and i think it helps vascularity. I am currently taking 500 mg of it before working out. I, too am trying to figure out exactly what all the benefits are from taking it. I do know it is one of about 20 amino acids, which help in protein metabolism.
