stuffed mushrooms, here's the catch.. "wild mushrooms"
giant puffballs to be exact. its pretty east to distinguish between the good ones and the ones that will kill you , so get a book from the library and check it out. they fully take up the flavor of what you put them with, and they fry like an egg, i'd stuff em with large portebelloes in a cream sauce, with reagular thanksgiving style bread stuffing thrown it

Rice, chicken, green chilies, pinto beans and some kind of spice all baked together, with some shredded cheese on top if it's in your diet.

Please, Please...... NEVER EVER EVER pick wild mushrooms unless you KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PASTOR don't tell people to do that (not in the way you described), you know what wild mushrooms you can eat in your area, I believe that no problem, not even gonna argue.

But, listen... (and I know people/have family who pick wild mushrooms, and i love mushrooms of all kinds, and  I am a bit of a horticulture and gardening nut, and a huge foodie, so I am not talking out of my ass, here). Depending on where you are the visual difference between poisonous mushrooms, hallucinogenic, and snacking mushrooms,  can be almost nonexistent, unless you are in fact an expert.

Mushrooms that look exactly like the ones you can eat, in your neck of the woods, in a different area can in fact (even though they may appear to be identical) be, DEADLY DEADLY POISON!!!!!

You can not just get a mushroom guide out of the library and go picking...If you find one that is very region specific... maybe, ones put out with the explicit intent to have people pick mushrooms to eat, in your county.

But really, if you want to pick wild mushrooms, the only way to really be safe is to be taught by someone else, specific to the area that you live in.

haha... mushrooms are tricky (delicious fun and deadly), I just read this thread by accident and had to add a disclaimer... oh man but if you know what your doing... damn your people found wild morrells lucky bastards...

bulking... well, i have a history with those guys too, i knew pickers and growers.... yup always safe 100%... hahaha, riiiiight.... ( i had a dumb friend, he performed an experiment, on himself....the men in white coats actually came and took him away... he has never come fully back... and that was some years ago). unless you were talking about the grocery store variety... I don't think you are....

Fruit you should eat on an empty stomach always.   It takes more energy to burn fruit than the calories in the fruit themselves.  So if you eat on an empty stomach, it will draw from your fat cells to burn.  If you choose 3 grapefruit a day or fruits that are less sugary like that, you will see fat loss rapidly.

lol.. i see what you mean.. never heard of that, and i dont know if i fully believe that.. it would make sence due to fruits high water content, but water doesnt get digested!? it goes in as water and out as water.
