Thin - What should the Diet be? - Friday, July 24, 2009 7:19 PM ( #1 )
Okay I am 18 and I weigh 130 LBs. Im pretty thin, you can see my collarbone + I dont have access to a gym as of yet, I try to do stuff at home.

I only have fat on my stomach, no where else, what diet should I use to gain muscle and tone up quickly?

You cant do both, you either gain muscle or loose fat, at 130lbs (dont know your height) your going to be quite slim, genetically though the first place we will gain fat (and the last place to loose it!) is from the midsection.

Not having access to a gym isnt going to help, what kind of equipment do you have at home? I dont know your height or bodyfat so i cant suggest a diet in terms of calories but perhaps starting off around 2500 + will be a good starting point, need more info off you to help you better.

Get some basic equipment-weights and a bench and with that and a decent diet you can do a lot.
