Does anyone recommend any of the thermogenics for quicker fat loss?  Or, just stick with the cutting diet, cardio, and lifting. 
Age: 33
Height: 5'7"
Starting weight/body fat- 202lbs/30+%???

Current weight/body fat- 175lbs/24%

I lost about 60lbs w/o a single supp other than advil every once in a while for back pain.  I did it within 4 months.  Just do lots of cardio and keep track of your calories like a nut.  It really does work.  Also check out the nutrition section.  Everyone here is always very helpful

Just do lots of cardio

A dangerous recommendation...cardio is a small player in a big orchestra and leads most people to lose muscle and get fatter if not done moderately as a part of a program of supportive nutrition and Resistance trianing.
The Brigade of skinny fat people, who will never be seen in a bikini... all out doign 90+ minutes of cardio...eating less and less and screwing up their metabolisms!

Raise your metabolsim by eating right and youll feel 10 times better... add in the cardio and boy its a world of a difference...  i get spikes of energy from 6-9 everyday... makes me want to run out and run a mile...
