Okay Today I was doing my 4 sets, 8 reps of 50 lbs (not counting the bar) barbell curls. On my way up on the 4th set, 7th rep, my left arm got all the way (and ws ready to do another few reps) and the right arm crapped out (no comments about my insanely low weights please). The weird part is that I'm a righty, I do everything right handed except fencing which I do lefthanded. Can one sport really screw up my symmetry so much?
