This is my first journal entry. Today was chest and bicep day. WORKOUT sets/reps/weight Bench-1/10/95 1/5/135 1/3/175 1/3/185 4/2/185 Incline Dumbell Bench-1/5/55's 2/5/65's (I was going to do 60's but someoone else was using them,so I used 65's and I could do them.) Alternating Bicep Curls-2/5/30's Straight Bar Curls-2/7/70

I was planning on doing chest today, however I had a family emergency. It was nothing major, it was just a false alarm. Anyways I plan on going to workout tommorow.

Had to leave school early today, so I didn't make it to the gym. Luckily, I have a bench and weights, so my workout didn't suffer. Bench 1/10/95 3/10/115 Incline Bench 1/10/115 CG Bench 1/10/95 These hurt my wrists too much so I did dips Dips 2/10/bw+30 did these differently, the inside of my triceps burned like hell Concentration Curls 2/10/30's DB Shoulder Press 2/10/30's would have gone higher, but this is the highest dumbell I have Pushups 2/50 Didn't do any cardio because it was raining. Switching to 10 rep sets was hard because I've been doing 5 rep sets for strength. I haven't been this exhausted in a while. Friday I'm going to go for 135 on bench, because I think the second time doing 10 reps will be easier.

I'm starting this routine as of this week. Monday Barbell Bench 3x10 Incline Barbell Bench 2x10 Concentration Curls 2x10 Tricep extensions 2x10 DB Shoulder Press 2x10 Pushups 2x50 30min of cardio Tuesday Squats 2min straight, next workout 2:20 minutes, and so on. This is from the Hungarian oaks leg blast Leg extensions 2x30 Leg Curls 3x10 Calve Raises 2x10 Deadlift with shrug at top 2x10 T-Bar Rows 2x10 Pushups 2x50 Wednesday DB Bench Press 3x10 DB Incline Bench Press 2x10 Pullups 2x10 Handstand pushups 2x10 Dips 2x10 30min of cardio Thursday Same as Tuesday Friday Barbell Bench 3x10 Incline Barbell Bench 2x10 Concentration Curls 2x10 Tricep extensions 2x10 DB Shoulder Press 2x10 Pushups 2x55 30min of cardio

Today was back and legs. Tuesday Squats 2:20 with 95 Leg extensions 2x30x120 Leg Curls 3x10x150 Calve Raises 2x10x225 Deadlift with shrug at top 2x10x225 T-Bar Rows 2x10 x65 Pushups 2x50

I haven't been on DBB in like a week and a half, but I've still been working out. The past week I've had college exams and it has been really hectic. The gym at the college is also closed so my exercises have been limited. Anyways, here's my workout: Monday, wendnesday, and friday setsxrepsxweight Bench Press-5x10x135 DB Curls- 3x10x30's Squats-5x10x135 I don't have a rack, so this is as much weight as I clean and jerk to position, scared to go any higher Dips-2x10xbw pushups-2x50 I haven't been doing cardio, but I have been playing basketball for a hour or two everyday.
