They have an article on it in this months edition of Mens Health (I know, don't hate me) in the UK featuring The TNT diet. Anyone know anything about it, looks like an Atkins variation to me!

Brigsy.

It was in an American Men's Health a few months ago.  I'm sure it works to a degree, but I'm not one to follow a diet with a "name".  If it works for you and you are interested go for it.  It seems like a carb loading/restriction type diet.

I just read it, and it looks exactly like that... few days of very low carb, and then a carb-up day.. I might give it a try in june for a change...

Have you seen whats recommended for the first two weeks, no starchy carbs at all! That sounds harsh. I can see how carb cycling might fit though.
