So its been 2 weeks of rest already

and today i began my Keto Diet:
Meal 1: - 100g Danish Streaky Bacon
- 1 Large egg
- 11ml of olive oil to cook the stuff
Calories 441: 39g fat / 22g protein / 1g carb
Meal 2: - 150g Baked Pork Ribs
- Mozarella Italiano
- 100g Broccoli
Calories 471: 34g fat / 35g protein / 7g carb
Meal 3: - 1 Can of Tuna in Olive Oil
- 1 serving of Kraft Mayo
- 100g Broccoli
Calories 467: 36g fat / 30g protein / 8g carb
Meal 4: - 200g Ribeye
- 4 Servings of Whipped Cream (Philidelphia)
- 100g Broccoli
Calories 616: 41g fat / 47g protein / 11g Carb
Meal 5: - 3 Large Eggs
- 11ml of olive oil to cook the eggs
- Flaxseed oil
Calories 424: 36g fat / 19g protein / 2g carb
Total Including PWO:
2635 Calories: 186g fat/ 189g protein/ 43g carbs 66/29/6. Fitday must have messed up the calculations. It adds to 101% lols.
Did light cardio at 5:30 am in the morning today and played some basketball games which really caused me to overexhaust myself i felt sick later. So far the diet has been great, the food tastes great, the preparation is much easier then before. It rocks!
Workout wise will be continuing my 5 day split which i found effective. Cardios will be on Mon, Wed and Fri 1st thing in the morning. Supplements are : Storm , GlycerGrow , Whey Protein Iso , Bcaas , Extend , Animal Pak , Fish Oil , Fibre Tablets and Will be using Man Scorch next week when i get my diet into check. Lets roll!
