So its been 2 weeks of rest already and today i began my Keto Diet:
 
Meal 1:
- 100g Danish Streaky Bacon
- 1 Large egg
- 11ml of olive oil to cook the stuff
Calories 441: 39g fat / 22g protein / 1g carb
 
Meal 2:
- 150g Baked Pork Ribs
- Mozarella Italiano
- 100g Broccoli
Calories 471: 34g fat / 35g protein / 7g carb
 
Meal 3:
- 1 Can of Tuna in Olive Oil
- 1 serving of Kraft Mayo
- 100g Broccoli
Calories 467: 36g fat / 30g protein / 8g carb
 
Meal 4:
- 200g Ribeye
- 4 Servings of Whipped Cream (Philidelphia)
- 100g Broccoli
Calories 616: 41g fat / 47g protein / 11g Carb
 
Meal 5:
- 3 Large Eggs
- 11ml of olive oil to cook the eggs
- Flaxseed oil
Calories 424: 36g fat / 19g protein / 2g carb
Total Including PWO:
 
2635 Calories: 186g fat/ 189g protein/ 43g carbs
66/29/6. Fitday must have messed up the calculations. It adds to 101% lols.
 
Did light cardio at 5:30 am in the morning today and played some basketball games which really caused me to overexhaust myself i felt sick later. So far the diet has been great, the food tastes great, the preparation is much easier then before. It rocks!
 
Workout wise will be continuing my 5 day split which i found effective. Cardios will be on Mon, Wed and Fri 1st thing in the morning. Supplements are : Storm , GlycerGrow , Whey Protein Iso , Bcaas , Extend , Animal Pak , Fish Oil , Fibre Tablets and Will be using Man Scorch next week when i get my diet into check. Lets roll!

Abdomen - 36.25                       Ab - 28
Bis - 14 each flexed                   Bis - Same if not bigger
Chest - 41 flexed                  Chest - Same if not bigger
Calf - 15.75                           Calf  - More Cut
Thigh - 23                          Thigh  -  More Cut
 
Weight : 85.2kg/187.44lbs
BF% 14.24 , LBM 73.06kg , BF 12.14kg
 
My goal is to get at least 8-10% BF this time round and save as much LBM as possible =D. Weight won't really matter to me.

Back workout was great today. Didn't feel any low amounts of energy yet. Prolly haven't depleted all the glycogen.

Seated Wide Grip Pull down
Seated Behind the Neck Wide Grip Pull down
Standing Barbell Rows (Smith)
Standing Barbell Row (one side weighed only)
Lying (face Down) Back DB Rows
Lying (face Down) Arm raises
Seated Lat Cable Rows
 
All 3 x 10 with 15-30 sec rest between.

Awesome Shoulder workout today. I love the new style of rest periods being 15-30 sec. It really kills me during the workouts sometimes i've got no choice but to reduce to 2 sets instead of 3. Had trouble lifting the bottle to my mouth as well.

Insane Chest workout today. Tried out Tom Venuto's style of chest and i felt extremely worn after the 1st set.
I'm not sure if i'm in ketosis yet though. Havent had any symptoms so far.

Great Leg (& l-back) workout today. Had difficulty walking properly during the workouts i felt as though i might collapse. Legs felt wobbly.

Leg Press
Rucking Calf Raise
Leg Curls
Leg Ext.
 
Gonna adjust my diet now to get rid of some items which have trace carbs. This could ensure i am in keto since i haven't experienced symptoms of the switch yet. Might include more cheddar and more steak! love it!

Today was my 1st day using MAN Scorch. I started with 1 cap in the morning b4 my run followed by another 30 min pre workout.  I must say this stuff gave me a slight energy boost for both activities. Back Workout today was not bad, i tried finishing with chin ups but i was just too weak. Biceps felt strained throughout the workout today.

Wide Grip pull downs
Seated Cable rows
Standing Rows using the seated bench press
Lat pulls using the cable and ball
Barbell rows using smith
