This is my supplement log, i will not concentrate on logging my diet though i will be on one and absofuckinglutely no liqour Smile . I am creating this for me and you(mainly me though Smile ) to see if i will grow over the next couple of weeks. I will jot down my reps, sets, weight, etc. Ok for the goodies.

Come Monday, May 14th i will start the Stallion Stack(Smile haha i made that up!). It consists of

CMI's BIG (elctochemical anabolic matrix blah blah blah -powder)
CMI's Red Cell (Vaso Volumizing Matrix)
M5 Xtreme (fruit punch - powder)(8 week cycle)
ON Whey (chocolate) but ill be switching to Cytogainer when i finish this tub
ON BCAA (nasty white powder flavor)
FLORIDA STATE KICK A$$ ENERGY!!!!(free & non-toxic, except to hurricanes n gators)

If anyone has taken these before i would love feedback on them if any1 is reading this. My reasoning behind these purchases = ON whey is because i have a tub, but now im bulking so i will be buying a gainer and BCAA is self-explanatory. M5 is my replacement for the never-was SizeON which was a replacement for the not so great cellmass.  Red Cell is replacing my beloved BSN Nitrix(which i loved) but my father loved Red Cell and the guy said he felt it is better then Nitrix.  The BIG was a reccomendation(i had some points so it reduced costs) from the clerk whom i believe is honest. It is a post-workout or pre-bed forumula.  He said it should give me major recovery. We shall see. Any critisicm, good or bad is welcomed as i am always here to learn.

Now for my current stats
Flat Bench - 225LB for 3 repsSmile
Flat Dumbbells - 80LB for 8-10 reps
Incline Bench - 195 for 4-6 reps
Flat Dumbbells - 85LB for 6-8 reps
Squat - 225 for 6-8 repsSmile
Standing Curls(two arms now!) - 70LB's for 6-8 reps
Tricep Curls(maybe naming it wrong) - 60LB(- bar) for 6-8 reps
Pullups(not using thumb & no weight) - 6-9 reps
Military Press(barbell) - 90LB(excluding barbell weight) - 6-9 reps

I cant add deadlifts as i have newly started doing them and have been climbing rapidly in weight. If i add them they will skew my data.

I will add before picture ASAP and will be taking weekly pictures.

Today i started the M5. Took it 15 minutes b4 work out. WOW. ive been on NoXplode but this stuff wakes u up! After painting at work today i was dead tired but this stuff got me pumped. It didnt give me any type of real pump in the gym but it woke me up and def. got me there on half a scoop. I have a moderately low tolerance to caffeine so yal kno. Taste is NASTY. NASTY NASTY EWWW NASTY. No stomach issues and im first to piss out my a$$ with supps. so legs went great. sqauted 215x8 easy and hack sqauted 225x6 with moderate difficulty. Good work out. Tonight i take BIG before bed and tommarow i start red cell.

weight = 160 (+-1) at this picture i was 173 but lost 13 pounds cutting, lotta fat and muscelSmile.  but i magically retained power gains.

Another good work out. M5 gave me good energy, one  scoop today. The BIG tasted even worst then the M5 if thats possible, like cardboard. I dont know if thats working ive never taken nything like it. Started Red Cell today, havent felt nything exciting yet, usually takes a week for NO to really take effect in me and give me good pumps(on nitrix at least). Today was shoulder traps tris. Good work out, better pump then yesterday but still nothing spectacular.

Been up since 4:30 AM. got off work at 3pm. Took m5, still felt a bit sluggish. Chest started off sluggish also but then picked up. Got a major pump in the chest and biceps. arms looked swelled like on nitrix but im on red cell. second day on it. i may be reacting better because of the time i took off of supps. Great work out. Reg bench at 225lbx3, lookin to push past that nxt week. Biceps standing curl bar at 80lbx4, which is great. my highest was 80lbx6-8 so im almost there. first week is lookin like a success.

didnt work out yesterday so no post

today was back. very good strong work out.

weight today(after dinner/always same scale) = 165

so id say i might have gained a pound, after u take away just eating, clothes, and other miscellenous stuff. im happy with this. plus at home i eat a lot so maybe 2 pounds :) veins are starting to show, im liking red cell so far. I drink a lot of water so i feel good so far. 6 1/2 to 8 hours of sleep during the week and 8-10 on weekends. so far im happy with my stack. next week will be the true test, see if i can push my stats a bit higher.  thnks joez for the comment.

i will also be logging my fathers stats. he starts his stack monday. m5 and i believe the product is phedrol or something like that. he will be a brief log. his flat bench is 325, rows are 120lb dumbbells

this is the only pick i can get back when i stacked BSN in february. im about the same size still and basically pushing the same weight. i will try to get better ones up with a static background but i wanna beat this size.

Today feelin good. A little bit bigger and swoller. Did legs. Last week squated 235x8, today i did 285x6. I felt really really great. I wanna hit 245. Did single leg xtentions 110x6. I feel great.

my dad squated 400x4. he started his stack today. thats him. so we'll see how he grows

saturday did legs. sqaut 295x5

today chest and bis
flat bench at 240 and sit single arm curls at 45x4 or 40x7. im really happy so far. some stares at me in the gym, feels good to be a gangster.

I am really happy today. Sqauted 325. thats 3 caddy's + 5 on each side plus bar. my legs where shaking like crazy.
im getting more defineds, going up in weight and losing some fat, which is a good thing in my book cuz im looking more defined cuz of the weight increase and fat loss. amazing so far. tommarow is chest. sccarrryyy!

ps sat i did chest and benched 245 twice. i would like to go for four times tommarow. tricep cable pulldowns on monday were at 150.
