I've read Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) several times (it's printed and on the shelf next to my dictionary because it's a reference I use almost daily).

The Fat Burn Files are a fun read with TONS of interesting twists on some popular myths. In fact, since I have read BFFM, it made the Fat Burn Files easier to benefit from because I had a lot of the "program" concepts down.

And as I told my forum members, if you think it's just about fat burning, you are SOOOOOOO wrong. This is a bodybuilding book too.

The guy who's skinny and can't gain an ounce or the person who wants to build muscle will benefit just as much from this book as any one of those "top selling" muscle building programs out there, even though this is interviews and not another "program."

Sure this a testimonial for the book. But from getting to know Tom personally over the last two years, I've become a huge fan and I really like his work. Another great job!
