As is typical with most things, XCEED has had ebbs and flows of popularity on this board. First, it gained steam and momentum, as people actually started to use the product. The found that it worked, and worked well, tasted great, and was reasonably priced. Then, due to the popularity, it came under fire. People complained that it was too simple, others too fancy. That there were more interesting formulas out there, etc. I think someone even called the product overrated, while it even got us called swindlers. Anyway, I thought I'd start this as the definitive thread on XCEED. First, let me start by saying what XCEED is NOT. It is NOT: - A complex formula
- A combination of groundbreaking ingredients
- A formula containing fancy yet unnessary ingredients
- A formula hidden behind a proprietery blend
Now, let me explain what XCEED is: - A great tasting CEE formula.
- A properly dosed CEE formula.
- A reasonably priced CEE formula, with 45 servings.
- A formula that contains appropriate amounts of supporting ingredients.
- A formula that is damn effective, without unnecessary and expensive bells and whistles.
- A product with tons of great UNBIASED reviews.
I hope this clears some things up. If not, we offer tons of information on our website. A brief product write up: http://www.designersupps.com/static_site/writeup1_xceed.php A detailed product write up (this gives some insight into the rationale behind the formula): http://www.designersupps.com/product_writeups/xceed.pdf FAQs: http://www.designersupps.com/static_site/qna_xceed.php Any other questions or issues, ask away.

quick question wouldnt the xceed/basic cuts stack inhibit the NO and creatine from working 100%. From everything I've ever learned caffiene induces vaso-constriction when the NO causes vaso-expansion which is ideal especially for creatine absorbtion.

From everything I've ever learned caffiene induces vaso-constriction when the NO causes vaso-expansion which is ideal especially for creatine absorbtion. This is addressed in the write-ups linked above. We do not put caffiene in XCEED for this very reason (counter to the pump effect, but not to creatine absorbtion). That said, it wouldn't eliminate the pump effect, just reduce it slightly. And some (like myself) would rather have the caffiene (and other stims) and not worry about the slight reduction in efficacy.

Thanks for starting the thread. I started taking Xceed last saturday. I didn't really like the lemon taste and did not have a great workout...could have been several reasons for that. I was at the beach the rest of the week so I haven't taken it since but will get started on monday with it. How many ounces of water do you mix one scoop of xceed with? Also, how important is it to take xceed 6 hours after the first time you take it for a particular day as the directions suggest? Thanks. Also, I took Fast Twitch for three months and loved the results..but I figured I would try something else...hope it works.

Once a day pre-workout is fine. Mix XCEED in 8 to 16 oz of water to taste. If you think its too strong, add more water. Keep us posted.
