i understand everyone saying that people who whine about how hard it is to workout and end up giving up should just f-off basically, but how many times or things have all of you quit in your lives? i have picked up and quit working out quite a few times, some people just try something and quit because they just dont get into it the way most of you do. i workout whenever i feel like it and i have a lot of muscle on me, yes i have about 20 pounds of fat on me, but i just do things when i feel like it and for some reason it works for me just fine.
