Just a little advice on your cut.. get the fat off as fast as possible.  Don't worry about losing muscle mass while cutting until your down into the single digits.. it's just not going to happen..

Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.. tabata is great for cutting..
If supplementing with protein shakes.. mix with water only..
Take BCAA to help retain muscle mass when you do reach the single digits..
implement circuits into your training if at all possible..
Take in the majority of your carbs early in the day..

Water..
Lean turkey, chicken or very lean Beef.
Fish / Tuna
Egg Whites
Oatmeal
Sweet Potato
Whole wheat bread.. limited
FF Cottage cheese
Green Veggies, lots
Blueberries

In the early stages of your cut you can eat small amounts of fruit but as you start closing in on single digits you'll more than likely need to cut all fruits from your diet.. This is assuming you're wanting to get down to 9% or below..

Again, i can't stress how much happier you'll be with your results if you don't dilly dally around and drag out a cut for months on end.. drop the cals, up the cardio and intensity of your workouts and melt the fat off as fast as possible... If you're in double digits don't even worry about losing muscle mass, you'll only need to worry about that once you get into the single digits and frankly, it's not going to be much of an issue intul you reach the 6-7% range.. If you're even wanting to get that low.. Don't panic if you start losing strength.. that's perfectly normal and once you up your cals.. it will quickly return..

Cutting is not fun for those of us who enjoy eating and bulking up.. but the great thing about it is you'll greatly reduce your grocery bill and shopping for groceries is really easy.. :)

Sounds like good advise. I'm following this in most cases at the mo. I haven't implemented cardio yet..I've done one HIIT session and a ss session since then it's been snowing! So can't do much ( I work out at home) maybe I'll do some Tabata instead...Don't need to rely on weather for that.

Do I need to take BCAA on off days. Currently i been having 5g in my whey before and after weights.
Maybe if I have some before bed?

I'm not sure if one can get too many BCAA's.. The only time I actually supplenet with them other than what is already in protein is when I get down below 10% but that's just me.. some take them regardless.. but yes, if you're taking them, by all means take them daily and not just on workout days. It can't hurt.. well maybe the wallet.. :)

Key points (in order of importance):

- Water
- Sleep
- Diet - you gotta find the diet that works for you.  Personally, I drop the amount of carbs I eat, especially at night.
- Move - park at the far ends of parking lots, stretch, stay active and keep moving, don't sit around.  This will burn more calories than simple cardio sessions (which you should also be doing)
- Anaerobic cardio - idk if this works for everyone, but it sure as hell works for alot of people.  Sprints FTW

And obviously lifting, but you already know that ;)
EDIT: Sorry I just realized you were asking for foods specifically, whoops haha.  Didn't help much there.  Like I said tho, find what works for you.  I consume full fat dairy when I cut, but drop sugars where I can (fruit, etc), and it works for me.

Smoundzou cool, thanks man, ahh the BCAA powder i have is very cheap bout £5/$7

NBS fighter-
I too consume full fat dairy, slowly reducing my fruit intake. Only have it once in the morning, prob going to change it to like 2wice a week. Dropped carbs to about 130-150 130 is where I like it most having carbs at first 3 meals then no starch after that. How long does it take you to cut usually? I'm thinking I really need to add cardio consistently to my routine.
