Im suffering veg syndrome!

Ive got a major urge to weightlift but its nearly 10pm on a sunday and cant use my own weightset as its too light for every exercise apart from arms now (haha i remember when i got them weights and had trouble dragging them to the car LMAO, now im busting 3/4 of it up with simple curls ha!

Oh the joys of being 120 odd lbs back then-NOT.

Im feeling lighter and weaker and not good, because i havent lifted recently, im hoping this doesnt affect my performance tommorow.

I want to try to get incline to 90lbs and my working weight on bench to 125lbs for a solid 3 sets, maybe even 135lbs for one of them sets for a good 8-10 reps.

Oh arent chavs so inventful.

They thought it would be funny to kick down yet more of my front garden wall.

Well lets see how funny they find it now i know they have attacked it 3 times all at 7:00pm when im always round my dads

Lets see how funny they find it now ive text my 6'6" 310lbs friend who has agreed to wait down the side path, catch them at it, and break there ****ing legs, and i know he'll do it, hes done it before.

Lets see how ****ing funny theyl find it then, after i smash there ****ing skulls to powder with the bricks they decided to kick in.

Theres gonna be blood soon, and its not going to be mine, im mother ****ing angry.

lol haha. that would seriously piss me off too. i hate chavs so ****ing much aswell. i went to the cinema on saterday night, and they all hang out there thinking there solid. it was just me, and a girl so i was a bit warey at walking past um becuase there must have been about 11-12, anyway i did, and waited outside by them because the film (300) hadent started anyway this tall lanky one walks up too me, and goes aup grant, and i was like wtf who are you. Turns out he was in my class a few years ago, and he wasent chav what so ever then just shows how people change. then he goes your looking prity bulky arnt you mate your on steroids i heard, and i just ignored him then he goes so what do you take, and i replyed just the odd protein shake, and he starts laughing, and shouts so you do take steroids?! i was just like wtf since when has a protein shake been a steroid. dum mother ****a lol.

Yeah people reckon im on steroids now because ive gained like nearly 10lbs of weight in (for there knowledge) a short time.

Thing is i cant wait until the rumour gets going-because at our college we will have to take compulsory drug tests if they are suspicious of any drug activity.

So when im all beefed up and everyones spreading round ive had a steroid test and if i get positive il get kicked out
it will be HILARIOUS to get my results and tell all the haters im just better than them, that theyre jealous, and to get a life.

Yeah im getting a LOT stronger, today was mixed, strength went up and down all over the place, but i think thats because of lack of good diet, my diet has been shoddy the past 4-5 days, as a result my BW is still 156lbs barely, but im hoping to reach 160lbs by mid april.

exercise 1:Benchpress
90lbs x 20 (HELL YEAH lol)
110lbs x 15 (Never done that before)
120lbs x 10
125lbs x 10
135lbs x 6
155lbs x 2

Overall VERY happy with this.

exercise 2:Preacher curls
44lbs x 20
55lbs x 15
66lbs x 10
66lbs x 10
66lbs x 8

exercise 3:Twisting dumbell curls
26.4lbs x 10
26.4lbs x 10
26.4lbs x 10
30.8lbs x 6

exercise 4/5:Pulldowns/incline bench
PD 100lbs x 10
IN 90lbs x 12
PD 100lbs x 10
IN 90lbs x 10
PD 115lbs x 10
IN 90lbs x 10.

And that is that, and my god im tired out from it lol

Ok, My weight seems to go up fast if i give it the right balance of food and work out pretty intensely as long as i dont start any cortisol nastiness.

Disregarding the flu and stuff, ive been properly working out for 6-8 weeks now and have seen a fat reduction and lean mass gain, and an overall bodyweight gain of 6-7lbs.

So, im going to start setting short term and long term goals under this.

I want to try and hit 160lbs in april
I want to try and hit 163-165lbs in may
I want to try and hit 166-168lbs in june
170-172lbs in july
and a nice round 175lbs for august for my birthday.

Once i hit the 170-175lbs mark il definitely be putting up pictures, as the differences in me will vary more than my usual pictures ive put up in the past.

Overall id say ive majorly improved in my weak areas

Chest
Traps
Lats
Hopefully when i post up some pics i get credited for fixing these weak spots.
Im starting to fill out shirts a bit more, but im not getting a tight feeling quite yet, maybe when i start pushing over 160lbs.

good job buddy! your cetching up!

I seriously think I could help you in the chest area... that is if i accomplish my goal in the next 3 - 4 weeks. Im pretty sure I can get your max up to 205 or 215. I could write a routine down for you... Im eager to see if it works for another person. Besides for me and the 15 year old who came up with the routine.

Anyways if your interested hit me up on the PM's in 3 - 4 weeks when im maxing above 300lbs "Hopefully"
