Hi All,

Basically I'm very new to all of this. I'm going to be a 100% honest with you guys. I'm 16 I feel comfterable with my apperance / my looks so im not insecure or anything. I dont really want a bulging 6 pack and massive arms in 10 days. But heres what I do want

I want to become more physcially tonned (im not skinny. Im not fat just "flatish") if you know what I mean I do want to have more developed arms and chest. I dont want it to happen overnight. I want a solid plan I can follow that is gaurenteed to bring me in results week by week or month by month.

I really want to work on this for the next 2 years or so so I have a real comparable diffrence. I dont want to just have the muscle or whatever I want real physical strength aswell.

To be honest I dont really eat healthy i.e love mcdonalds crips chocolate ice cream pizzas...I guess I keep eating this stuff because I dont get fat. although Its probably having a big effect on the inside. I want to know the right sorts of meals I should be eating to supplement my workouts. & which supplements on the market have a real effect.

I'm 16 5ft5 (short) 105lb (may sound underweight but due to my height I think this weight is acceptable). I dont know my body fat % or my BMI.

and I really want to know how to get rid of the fat around my stomache just above the wasit line.

any help is appericated. theres so much info online I have come here to get some first hand info from you guys.

thanks again.
