Honestly you are looking almost exactly the way I was before I started cutting.....maybe a little higher bf

IMO you should start cutting soon, I've been very pleased with the way I've started to look and you're gonna look great after a cut, mark my words! Guys like us can cut in like a month...DO IT BRO!

GAH!!    damnit stock.    i had JUST convinced myself to keep bulking for a few more weeks and then i see your post.

now i'm excited as HELL to cut.    i know i know.. 1 or 2 months will give me an easy cut.

did you lose quite a bit of size (muscle) from your cut, or have you been throwing in lots of BCAA's to hinder that?

I swallow quite a bit of BCAA's. The only place I think I've lost any muscle is my arms....everything else stayed pretty much the same. I wish I would lose some muscle in my ass! LOL  Right now I'm about 193 and if I had to guess I'd say I'm at like 9% maayybee 9.5 (my avatar was taken way back in December). Ultimate goal is 200-205 at 7-8%. But we all know that its not easy to add 10-15lb of LBM.

Let me know what you decide!

Haha the thing that really blows about bein low on carbs is your arm size shrinks a ton.  Plus you wont be able to lift the same weight.  Even if im cutting i still eat a huge bowl of brown rice 30 min. before i lift-youd be amazed how much that helps.  Agreed that you will look amazing after a cut.

The meanest thing you can do to tsome of us is show off your ice cream eating capabilites... , I wan't a milk shake something aweful right now. [&o]. I won't forget you for that.

You think a picture is bad. Silver is a bad bad man. He was shoveling down that ice cream while I was eating my tuna and broccoli the other night. He's just adding fuel to the fire and when it comes time for me to bulk I'm going to be sure to flaunt the fact that I can pack on muscle w/o having to force feed myself 4500 calories a day. :) At least that's how I envision things going down.

Fox, you got it all wrong. I was looking disgusting 5 months ago. Lol. I guess I can throw up some flexing pics in a new thread but I don't have any old flexing pics from when I started to compare them to. I guess I can throw up my relaxed fatty pic again as a comparison, but relaxed to flexing seems like a cheesy comparison.

Question, fox:  did you spend years lifting with no leg routine?

pretty much.  i occasionally would "try" to start doing legs and would be deligent in working them once a week.. but it NEVER lasted.  usually for about a month, and then i would stop.

oh.. and i NEVER did squats.  never.   i did leg press, lunges, all that stuff

Nice you got the measuring tape.  Let me give you a tip though,  That white rounded part is suppose to either go A. On the top of your bicep or B. Under neath your tricep.  The white part is rounded for a reason.  Just like if you hit your forearm you want to come from the side so it rounds around your forearm.

Your pretty good size, nice frame.

Your arms are bigger then mine

rofl, I actually laughed.

And I'm with rolling, I could probably cut if I was putting in 4k of good clean calories.
