The Mstack or animal stack? - Thursday, August 14, 2008 11:08 PM
Ok, Ive been lifting for quite a while. know what im doing. taking in body weight of protein. 180g/day. I weigh 176 lbs and would love to get to 190+ asap of course. I've talked to alot of ppl about steroids, read about them and done alot of reasearch. Well the money was the only thing holding me back. So I was at the gym the other day and I'm in there when this old guy is in there alot. I say old like 60 ish, BUT he's big and cut where he needs to be. Good look. Well he introduced animal Mstack to me and said over all his years ( 40 yrs of lifting) he was the most impressed and happiest with M stack. He told me his best results and I was amazed. Well I know alot of u guys say take in 2g/day protein and have a great diet. I'm aware of this and its very hard to have a good diet around my schedule. but dont get me wrong, i do what i can. I'd love to know more about this animal pack or M stack or whatever this is. Gimme something to read, anything would be nice. Thanks guys

Stack wont do jack because you are 19. Mstak is good but you need to eat like a champ and lift hard and you should see some decent gains. Everything takes hard work, keep that in mind.

Animal stak is more of a test booster and your test levels should be at their peak at your age so it wont do much.
Mstak is made for hard gainers and does help you put on some mass if you eat and train right.

bb.com has a good product review section. Do a advanced search on mstak and you will get some reviews. I don't know anyone who didnt think it did something for them. It is only 30$ so it is worth a shot.

Hard gainer just means you gain weight slow.

There are tons of articles on supps on bodyuilding.com, so go on there and read some of the supp reviews.
