I'm not sure if I completely agree with that.. frame is important, two people that are 5'7" will not always look the same at 170lbs... even at the same bodyfat%. But can you honestly say a person that is 6'5" with 18 inch arms and a person that is 5'5" with 18 inch arms will look the same? I'm 5'7" and weigh 185... my arms at a person best were just over 16 inches (flexed) and they looked a lot bigger than my cousin who is 6'0" 196 with the same measurement. This would be a good general guideline, but it'd be a lot like the old "1 inch to your arm every 15 pounds"... it'd be just a general guideline.

Well the first list "Ideal Body Measurements" is just my personal goal that I should have specified... not for every persons height necessarily.

Are these your goals? They'd be pretty good in terms of measurements.

Right now im at 17 1/2 cold and 18 with a pump.

I was going to state the same thing, once you get there you will still strive to get bigger.

This is what Im shooting for myself. My height is 62". That should place my weight at between 145 and 150. Greek Formula based upon 6.5" wrist size goal current 136lbs Chest 42 inches 38 Waist 29 inches 34 Hip 36 inches 37 Bicep 15 inches 13(uf) 14(flex) Forearm 12 inches 12 Thigh 22 inches 21.5 Calve 14 inches 14 Neck 16 inches 14.75 I have not tried the other method where you measure each joint. Im still in a cut. Im down to around 13 or 14% BF. Trying to get to single digets without any lean mass loss and then clean bulk from there.

Great goals BTW for the OP. How tall are you? That looks like some impressive measures. How do you measure your pelvis size anyway? Best of luck.

To each thier own. I'm working to be bigger. I had these measurements in April. Neck- 18.5 Biceps- Rt- 18.25 Lt- 17.5 seems the accident and power lose associated with it has also effected size lose. Forearms- 14.5 Chest- 52.25 Back- 53.75 Hips- 49 Waist- 47.25 Thighs- Rt&Lt- 29.25 Calves- Rt&Lt- 18.5 I'm even bigger now, about another 4 weeks I'll post new ones. Although at my age its hard to get the waist down. And 250 lbs for 6'5" is alot less than I want to be and I am now.
Team Keine Ausreden = No Excuses mein scheinehund ist daheim 48 yrs young 6'5" 270 Lbs

I hear ya on the age, waist thing wetdawg. For myself at 43 its not as easy as it used to be. You are however growing larger so you have a calorie surplus. Quite hard to shrink the waist in a surplus anyway. Thats what was so hard for me to get past, since I wanted a smaller waist for sure, I had to accept seeing no more real muscle growth, and possibly a reduction in muscle size. If I can just hang onto what Ive got and get the waist inline with my goals, then I can start clean bulking and bump my muscle size up.
