I want to hit 240 pounds and then cut. This is the road to 240. I may start a new routine soon, so no point posting my current one. I'll be having 7-10 meals a day, depending on what day it is, for about 9000 calories. Current Stats: 5'7 202 pounds ~15% bodyfat.

Hit the gym before, was a good workout. squats 5x5 overhead press 5x5 deads 5x5 skull crushers 3x8 calf raises3x8 lateral raises3x8 Got about 6500 cals already today, and 3 meals left, maybe 4.

Since power cleans are a power movement I guess it makes sense for the 8 sets of 1 rep for a power clean. Damn I'm surprised you doing 5x5 of deads after doing 5x5 squats that's crazy. I stuck with 5x5 everything before but deads 1x5. Good luck on the gains!!!

NBSFighter 8x1 = 8 sets of 1? Correct. It takes me about 45 minutes to do them all. Rest day today. Yesterday was tits. I dominated as usual, went to a party after. Got a decent buzz on, scored some trout and found $200 outside the house. Good day. Got about 2k cals in right now. About to have my next meal soon.

Good workout today. I need to figure out a way to stimulate my traps better. I'm shrugging 405 right now and my grip won't let me go much higher and my traps are lagging. I may try dumbells.

In a rush... Diet's good. Workout was good. I got some new goals for Jan 1. Squat 545x1 Bench 385x1 Deadlift 445x1 If I keep progressing the way I am I'll hit them.

I hate benchpressing. I wouldn't do it if I didn't have to. Hurt my shoulder yesterday evening. Nothing serious, just a sharp pain if I move my arm too fast, or go to lift something. So I'm gonna take it easy for a few days.

We've been doing something new using the pool. We have to tread water for one hour with a zro, five, or ten pound belt on, depending on how long you can tread for. It's very exhausting.

It's going alright, I'm satisfied with my progress so far. Stuck between 204-206, my bodyfat is going down though which is good, I got up to about 16%, I'm around 15% now and dropping. Strength is going up massively.

Wyrms I like your workout, mainly the Power Cleans day... May just adopt that when I start bulking up properly again. Great job. Keep it up. Power clean day is by far my most taxing and longest workout. I rest about 7 minutes between each set.

Good workout. Did something different with pullups. Did 8x2 bodywight+55 pounds. My hands hurt more than anything from that.

Changing my routine a little bit. Every third workout I'm going to up the weight by thirty pounds. Only for that workout though. For instance First workout A-regular Second workout A-regular Third workout A-+30 pounds Fourth workout A-regular By regular I mean regular progression which is +5-10 pounds each week. I'm going to do as many reps as I can with a maximum of five reps. Less isn't a big deal, I just want to start getting accustomed to the weight to prolong any stalling that may be coming up. Weighed in this morning at 208, I think a lot of it is water though.

I'll be doing 295 this week. I try and explode in all my movements. Actually with Power Cleans I had a lot of trouble and was stuck around 135 for a long time. It was too light, I was exploding too much and was borderline losing my balance, I threw on 50 more pounds and it's been going good since.
