I had a friend take pictures of me a while ago, for the winter comp.  The lazy fxck hasn't sent them to me yet.

Maybe I'll get my sister to take a photo of me sometime.  Or, if I get some from this passed weekend I can upload them, just for a general idea.

Buddy of mine got out of prison tonight, went and saw him.  It was pretty cool, he lost a lot of weight.  I had a beer and could have had the bartender too, I don't know why I didn't, she's hot as hell.

My throat hurts.  I think I'm getting sick, which sucks.  I can't take off work because I'll get laid off, and I don't want to miss practice since this was our easy week.  I want to go out too, but don't want to get sicker.  Also, it's raining which sucks.  Meh.  I suppose later I'll go look for the answer to my problems in the bottom of a beer bottle.

How in the world do you get 295? Well, I mean I know you're strong, but I am missing something. Is it all about best form as possible or training the hell out of them or what?

My form sucks. And I can only power clean 175 cleanly 3 times. Which is bullshish when I am a lot more impressive on other lifts. I look like a damn tool at the gym when I do any kind of clean.

295 is my 1rm max.  I train powercleans different than my other lifts.  I do eight sets of one rep.  I rest almost ten minutes between each set.  When I started doing eight sets of one, my numbers started to go up drastically, and I got a lot thicker.

Crushed the gym today, very nice workout.  Good diet.  Missed my night class, I layed down around 4:30 for a nice half hour nap, I guess my alarm sounded and I turned it off and went back to bed.  I woke up about 7:30 cursing myself.

Twisted my ankle last night, meh.  I can walk on it, but it hurts like hell.  Now I have to miss this weeks game which sucks ass.  At least I only have to sit on a plane for 2 hours though and not a damn bus.
