i dunno if it's my posing.. or just my legs hahah.  maybe i don't know how to pose for leg shots.  i thought my legs were decent, but i guess they still look like siHt.  i have been tanning them just a bit, but they still look lily white haha.. and haaaaaaaairy

cool shot of my wings (lats)

yes.. i know my chest looks deformed.  it's really not.  i just don't flex uniformally i guess.  next time i'll take a relaxed shot as well.

RE: The Fox's HST - ROUND 2 - Sunday, May 25, 2008 2:37 PM
5-25-08 / Sunday / 6 reps ------------------------   Current weight = 203.2 lbs  (well.. i was at the lake yesterday,  i swam like crazy. got dehydrated some i'm sure.  and i ate junkfood [4 hotdogs] for supper as well... and then i got somewhat enibriated.  only lost about a pound hehehehhe and i did EVERYTHING wrong!)

Squats  2 x 165 (felt good)
Deads 2 x  220 (good form)
Flatbench BB   3 x 235
Lat Pulldowns 2 x 200
Sitting Cable Rows 1 x 200
Shoulder Press BB - 2 x 180 (needed a lil help on the very last rep of the last set)
Shrugs Smith  2 x 300 (gettin heavy)
Skullcrushers curved BB    2 x 102.5
Bicep curved BB standing curls 2 x 105

Added in a lil super set for biceps b/c i'm hardcore like that

Standing DB curls   1 x 40's (did 10 reps haha)
Standing DB curls   1 x 30's (did 8 reps... i need more endurance. i wimp out quickly)
Standing DB Hammers  1 x 25lb (6 reps.. it burned)

Leg Press Calves   2 x (5x45lb on each side.  We decided to do as many as we could with high weight from now on...   Calves are one of those muscles just like abs where you need to do higher reps and just murder them.  so.. that's the plan.

^^ did 1 set of 15 reps, and 1 set of 20 reps.)

Nice man but damn I can't believe you can bench more than you can deadlift. Something I find funny is that I was always a tall skinny dude but had big legs and the exercises where I have no problem for my noob ass is the squat and deadlift lol. The 2 exercises that no one really brags about *sigh* my goal was always able to bench my bodyweight for 10 reps and I'm good hopefully I can do it!!!

Keep it up man and yes I agree on with you on that about the abs and calves. The first time I worked out I did calves and didn't feel right only doing low reps even if it was with heavy weight.

Shoulder Press BB - 2 x 180 (didn't fair too well on these.)

Wow the gym you go to has 1.25Lb plates??? Damn too bad they don't got that in my college's gym.

I need to get one those body fat calipers thingy to know what is my body fat% about to start doing some cardio on off days. Is that 13% bf is now??

well.. the 1.25 lb plates are only available for the ez curl bar.  not the olympic size BB.

i'm staying between 12.5 and 13.5% BF right now...

posted a BUTTLOAD of pictures at the end of page 3 and beginning of page 4 of my journal here.

Fox,

If I post my routine in my journal would you take a look and critique it if you have time?

Posted my proposed routine in my log, it looks like way too much from what little I know about HST.

RE: The Fox's HST - ROUND 2 - Thursday, May 29, 2008 6:07 AM
only 2 MORE DAYS of HST!   i'm gettin close to maxin' out on everything.       the inside of my right knee feels tight.   can't be my squat form, i corrected it and there's NO tightness when doing squats.   so i have no idea what it is..    ohhhhhhhh wellllllllllllll.

played tennis last night for over 2 hours!!  i was sweating like a HORSE after running 5 kentucky derby's.  sweat was POURING off of me.  i was glistening all over.  gotta love texas summers. sometimes i wish i wasn't as competitive as i am.  there's nothing wrong with it.. but when you are, and you lose, it can make a person kind of angry at themselves...       and tennis rackets might be thrown,  or the tennis net might become beaten by someone's racket.    ohhh... i dunno, that was just an EXAMPLE of course.     i would nnnnnnnnnever  do something like that
