5-20-08 / Tuesday / 6 reps ------------------------ Current weight = 206.0 lbs (MUAHAHHAHA. my weight had plateaued for a while. now it's taking off. I WILL weigh 210 by the end of this HST cycle!!!)
Squats 2 x 155 (form felt $hitty... except for like, the last 3 reps. i'll have to work on that)
Deads 2 x 200 (good form. first set felt a bit uneven. last set was perfection)
Flatbench BB 3 x 225
Lat Pulldowns 2 x 180
Sitting Cable Rows 1 x 180
Shoulder Press BB - 2 x 170 (good form. no problems)
Shrugs Smith 2 x 285 (as long as i PLANT my heels, and drive the weight up with all traps.. no problems)
Skullcrushers curved BB 2 x 95
Bicep curved BB standing curls 2 x 95
Standing DB curls 1 x 35's (did 10 reps haha.. was just BS'in around. my biceps wanted more)
Leg Press Calves 2 x (4x45lb on each side)
well.. the No-Explode worked. i didn't feel jittery.. but it got me ready for my workout. HOWEVER... 2 hours later, and i'm sitting here typing this all JITTERY. my fingers are twitching. i feel great, and very energetic. hope i can go to sleep in a lil bit hahahhaha
great workout. was a good 6 rep starting point.
