Tuesday ---- 7 - 8 - 08 ---- Current weight = who cares?? haha
It rained, and we played tennis for about 1.5 hours. 2 full games with doubles. 1rst game went very well for me. Serves were SOLID, and i had my topspin going on a good portion of my forehand shots. still need to work on placement and backhand topspin.
*got honked at by some chick that drove by. that made me feel good. she liked the hot sweaty man-meat she saw running around on the tennis court smothering that yellow ball*
also need to work on letting my emotions control the game. They get the best of me sometimes.
Either way.. lots of fun. I'm addicted to tennis. AND WE GOT A SHUTOUT on our first game. It feels good when you are not only feeling unstoppable, but digging yourself out of holes when your down 40-love and end up winning it.
Tomorrow = back/biceps. Hope deadlifts felt as good as they did last time. the upper 200's on deads were feelin' REAL solid. i feel that i'm making some good gains in strength so far in this exercise.
