 I have the same racket as you Silver.  Won a bunch of tennis apparrel and equipment from a golf tournament of all things.  Got two rackets, like 10 tubes of balls, a bunch of shirts, shorts, and a voucher for a pair of Nike Shox in whatever size fit me.

I still have all the stuff too, I think I've played tennis maybe 30 times since then, and that was like 5 years ago.

well, i played tennis last night for about 1.5 hours.  the new racquet feel real good.  the frame is SUPER light haha.. i love it.   i messed up some easy shots, but even so, my bad shots felt solid and good.

guess i just need to work on my placement/precision, and also my topspin.    once i get these down, it's ALL over.   my serves are already pretty good.

*i'm startin to look DAMN good with my shirt off again.

Biceps have lost about a quarter inch in size from cutting, but that's ok with me.  they are lookin GOOD.  in fact.. i had a girl tell me 2 days ago that they just look absolutely HUGE. bigger than when i was bulking.       curls for the girls... curls for the girls. 

finally got caught up on sleep.  feel a bit sick today though, but oh well.  i will try to update my journal tonight if i get a chance.  i'm slacking in the journal update dept.

it's back/bicep day. YES!!!  bring on the deadlifts and the curls!!!!

Altered BB curls followed by regular BB curls --- 
40lb BB = 10/10
42.5lb BB = 8/8

Hammer Curls  2x5 --35's / 40's 
Incline DB Curls  3x1 (4 holes showing in chair) ---- 55's/55's/60's  HEYYYYYYYYY now!    60 pound DB curl.  real excited about that


did 20 mins of HIIT... my ankles are hurting me.  maybe i'm not running right?  i dunno.. gonna take a break for now.

yep. i'm cutting.    i bulked as much as i could take haha.. 4 or 5 months is all i could handle.  

it's summer, and i want my 6 pack back.  the ladies like it this way too.   
i'm definately losing a little bit of size, but it looks DAMN GOOD imo.   if i bulk again.. my new goal will be 220 for sure.

Your very good at shedding weight off but hopefully it's all fat don't want to see your hard work from past couple of months go to waste.

I've been shedding some weight off but not as fast as I hoped. I don't know I thought shedding weight was usually easy maybe I've gotten to used to eating to gain weight fast lol. Maybe I'm getting lucky and I'm increasing muscles while cutting just fat lol.

you will usually lose some size felonyr301 when you "shed".. or cut.      

the body was storing fat and water in all areas.. not JUST your tummy, but your chest, arms, delts, back, legs, butt,  etc... you see my point.

when you shed or cut, you are lowering BF%.  so in essence.. the muscle is not shrinking.  it was just buried beneath a higher amount of body fat, and you are reducing it and making the muscle seen easier.    it's real easy to freak out and think "OHHHH NO!  my muscles are shrinking".     most of the time... that isn't the case.  if you're feeding them the proper amount of protein, they should stay true to their size for the most part

Ohh i kno about that i'm saying hopefully it's all body fat lol... are u tracking bf% with something??? Only way to be really sure regardless if the caliper is not super accurate the point is to track it if with the same calipers keeps reading lower every week then u doing great.

I dont have anything to track my bf% got to buy one online.

When my college semester starts again in august I might try what your doing depending on my schedule.

Sunday ---- 6 - 29 - 08 ----  Current weight = ? scale broken 


Incline BP  3 x 5 ---- ramped weight -- 200/205/210
Dips 3 x 10 ---- ramped weight -- 37.5/40/42.5  (barely got the last set... my triceps were dead) 
Flatbench 3 x 5 ----- ramped weight -- 210/215/220 

(1rst set did 4, last rep had help.  2nd set = same thing.. 3rd set did 1, and needed help on the last 4.  WHAT IS MY PROBLEM?  i've always been a beast on benchpress.  i think it's the dips.  i have no tricep to support the BP... so i guess i can't really get mad.   but still, my partner matt is a beast.  he weights 35-40 pounds less than me and is doing MORE than me on BP.    damn me and my competitiveness)

Close-grip BP 3 x 5 -- ramped weight -- 150/155/160
Skullcrushers 3 x 8 -- (ez curl bar utilized) -- Ramped weight --- 77.5/80/82.5 (dips suck for me, but for some reason.. i'm a flipping horse when it comes to skullcrushers.   YES.. i am keeping my elbows in, and my form is good.  why am i good at one thing, and mediocre at another exercise of the same element?)

also... after lifting I

1.) played basketball 5 on 5 for almost 3 hours.  good GOD i sweat alot.  got a little winded, but that's fine.  had a few good shots.... but i pooped up the last game royally.   i want to be better at b'ball but i just wasn't feeling my shots.   i think i like tennis much more.

2.) then we went and played poker with 7 or 8 people.  it was my second poker game.. and i was doing quite well.   But i went all in against this girl who had a king/queen,... however, i had an ace/queen combo.. BOTH spades. 

she won on the 5th card, and i was pissed at my luck haha.  was still fun.

3.)  went to a friends house and played this board game called "settlers" which i really love.

well dips kicks my ass so then going to bench seems like it would be pretty tough.  Dips use a lot of lower peck too if you go all the way down.  your chest is probably week compared to you tri's.

Obviously Matt is not human.  He loses 50lbs of fat, gets ripped and keeps strength with big maxes all in 6 months or something.  You can't be compititive with some sort of alien can you?
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.
