Dips 3 x 10 ---- ramped weight -- 37.5/40/42.5 (barely got the last set... my triceps were dead)
Flatbench 3 x 5 ----- ramped weight -- 210/215/220
(1rst set did 4, last rep had help. 2nd set = same thing.. 3rd set did 1, and needed help on the last 4. WHAT IS MY PROBLEM? i've always been a beast on benchpress. i think it's the dips. i have no tricep to support the BP... so i guess i can't really get mad. but still, my partner matt is a beast. he weights 35-40 pounds less than me and is doing MORE than me on BP. damn me and my competitiveness)
Close-grip BP 3 x 5 -- ramped weight -- 150/155/160
Skullcrushers 3 x 8 -- (ez curl bar utilized) -- Ramped weight --- 77.5/80/82.5 (dips suck for me, but for some reason.. i'm a flipping horse when it comes to skullcrushers. YES.. i am keeping my elbows in, and my form is good. why am i good at one thing, and mediocre at another exercise of the same element?)

also... after lifting I
1.) played basketball 5 on 5 for almost 3 hours. good GOD i sweat alot. got a little winded, but that's fine. had a few good shots.... but i pooped up the last game royally. i want to be better at b'ball but i just wasn't feeling my shots. i think i like tennis much more.
2.) then we went and played poker with 7 or 8 people. it was my second poker game.. and i was doing quite well. But i went all in against this girl who had a king/queen,... however, i had an ace/queen combo.. BOTH spades.
she won on the 5th card, and i was pissed at my luck haha. was still fun.
3.) went to a friends house and played this board game called "settlers" which i really love.
