10/01 0845 hours 5 min eli WU Bench day- left shoulder was bothering me laying on the bench. Back issue is feeling way better. BB Bench 135x10 175x5 190x3 225x4 225x4 225x4 BB Incline 175x6 175x6 175x6 BB Decline 270x4 wrist curls 100x6 100x6 rev curls 70x6 70x6 - left wrist drooped on last one.

10/02 0835 hrs 5 min elipticle WU Back day - Figured I'd give it a good go as I'm feeling way better today. DB Rows 60x10 70x5 80x3 100x6 100x4 Cable Pulldown - could feel the pull in my back, so dropped some weight. 150x6 160x6 Cable row 190x6 Didn't try deads today - possibly next week. Shrugs 245x6 pullups x4 x3 - got a real good pull in my shoulder. Still not completly healed
