Last night when I got home from work, I got my shirt off to go to bed. I had a nice half moon bruise on my left chest from the Dumb bell Bouncing off the bench support and hitting me. Got to be more careful!

Here are the newest pics. I need a tan badly. Its hard to see my definition difference. Biceps are .5" Bigger, waist is 4 " smaller.

You can see the fat that I have lost from my backside. Still lots of work left to do.

Good job Wet Dawg. Real nice progress, in your body, and in your lifts. Thats a lot of volume, you're over twice my age and you could squish me in the gym. Props man!

That's the key man. You just gotta keep pushing forward. Keep stacking on the weight, keep cramming down the food.

Progression is key to success in pretty much everything.

Get in the gym! :)

I have been at the Gym regular. Just going through the motions. I have my last workout scheduled for thursday....then I'm off to Europe for a break. Will be coming back after Labor day and starting Max OT. Currently I am trying to keep the same numbers that i posted last. I have not taken a break since I started the above workout in April. Muscle wise I'm fine, but if I hold my hand out it shakes away. My nervous system is taxed. This break is long awaited. Thanks for the posts...More to come in a couple of weeks. Bulking with Max OT....

Max-OT - Tuesday, September 08, 2009 5:49 PM ( #167 )
Got back this weekend from my trip to Germany. Did alot of walking/hiking down around the Alps. Gained some weight as they eat alot of bread. I was use to eating 6 times a day and had to cut back to three. Hard pressed to find Protein. I did do a Cheese factory tour and got fresh milk and buttermilk at the end of the tour. Went to a monastery that still makes Beer. Looking for the Brewery I walked back into an Unautherized area. Full of Beer kegs and Bottles. Good thing it was Sunday and everyone was in Church. So after more than a week off, I'm back at it.

Max-Ot for 8 weeks started today. Will take a couple of weeks to figure the weight out to max out at 4-6 reps.

My Doc told me not to do squats last year. He told me not to come crawling into him if my back goes out. I have done up to 300lbs. He doesn't know I'm doing deads. I am finally using a belt for Squats and the Deads. Today I didn't feel anything.....lets see what I feel like tomorrow????

Next time I come up, we will hook up. I got there late this year. Talked to a brah with a 53 Chevy Deluxe that had a 350 with air installed. Sweet ride. Saw a couple of street drags too. Ahhh the memories!
