Got home at 2330 hours. Took two hours to talk myself onto going to the gym. Glad I went. Was partnerless and alone at this hour so I wanted to go lighter with Dumbells. Easier to drop if need be.

Squats- Used the Straight bar on these. Had a squat rack to work with, set up the safety bars so I only drop so far if something happens. I did these without a weight belt.

PR, since 1983 Didn't push it past 4. Back don't hurt. I feel no pain at all from doing these. Not bad for a Hyrniated disc. I am going to get to 250, maybe 300 before summer is over. Back willing, my head is there though.

Weight before going to Detroit 276 lbs. This morning I am a Porky 293lbs. Going back to the old stomping grounds and eating the food that you can only get there did me in. Pizza joints, Super Daly Burgers, and 20 flavors of Softserve Ice Cream from Dairy Dans. It was good to see all of those places are still there. It was 1980 all over again, at a 17lb gain...OMG!
