I'm glad you're going strong. Also, since your body hasn't had anything solid, you could eat a stick and it would taste good. Really, it would. Your tastes are going to be completly different after this.

Alright, I weighed in and took a body fat measurement yesterday, 1 week into the program. I was 191 lbs. with 13% bf, down about 4 lbs. and 1% bf.

It's going well, I think I solved my anxious/sick feeling by only taking 1 hot-rox in the mornings. I had to go home this weekend for father's day, so I don't have a current weight, but I was 187 of Friday (my parents were pretty mad when they found out that I am not eating solid foods). I'm noticing that my stomach is flattening out and some of my vascularity is coming back, so that makes me excited. I'm not completely sure, but I may be losing some strength in dumbell inclines. I used to do 3X10 with 80, 85, and 90 but lately I've only been able to do my first set with 80 then my last two sets of only 9 with 85. However, I have switched up some my tricep exercise before I do them so that may be causing them to fail. Other than that, no loss in strength, maybe even a gain in some areas.

It's nice to try **** but this is something that doesn't sound good for you in the long run you know what I mean... kinda like a low carb diet when it's taken to the extreme lol. It's good for once in a blue but not doing it for the rest of your life.

Alright, stats for week 2 - half way done. Weight - 186 lbs. bodyfat - 12.9% So I lost some weight, but my bodyfat stayed the same. That doesn't seem good to me, but whatever. I started taking 2 hot-rox in the morning again yesterday and I felt fine, so I'll keep doing that. I guess I built up my tolerance enough.

Are you taking Surge? How does it taste? Do you take it during and post workout? Or just post?

Yes, I am taking Surge. Since it is a pretty big serving size (2 large scoops) I split it up. I take 1/2 during my workout then the second 1/2 right after. I got the raspberry flavor since I got chocolate low-carb metabolic drive. The drive tastes really good, but the Surge tastes like some sort of cotton candy/bubblegum flavored hard candy, which I never was a fan of. At first it was hard to down it, but I have since gotten used to it.

I am using an electric bf measurer (the bioimpedence thing). Why would that be inaccurate and would it be high or low?
