The Best Exercises You've Never Heard of by Nick Nilsson It's an EXE style book that is self-sufficient. Meaning, it's basically a mini-web page inside itself. Once you put in the password to unlock the book, you get the full text, navigation and videos. All within the EXE.
I'm well versed in the basic exercises. But from what I can gather, these are collection of unknown but very effective exercises that don't get talked about much.
It would be helpful at this point in my life to know of a few more things to do. I get tired as anybody would of doing the same exercises every day, all day without much of a change of pace.
Here's what Nick starts off by saying...
" You Are About To Learn Exciting New Exercises That Will...Squeeze FAR More Results Out of Every Single Ounce Of Effort You're Already Putting Into Your Workouts Right Now Shatter Training Plateaus Like a Brick Through A Plate-Glass Window Develop and Work Your Muscles With Incredible Efficiency Push Your Overall Muscular Development To A Whole New Level Totally Eliminate Any Trace or Possibility of Boredom in Your Workout Routine
REVIEW: I' ll update this as appropriate. We' ll see if it' s worth the money. I' ll put my own review of what I find out here. If anybody has purchased this e-book before and comes across this post, let us know about your thoughts and experiences.
This should go really with with the Jeff Anderson Optimum Anabolics program. As he does recommend some of these as the core exercises to do for mass. And since I am on my 2nd take of that program, I do welcome the introduction of some different exercises.
Where You Can Get This Program -The Best Exercises You've Never Heard Of P.S. I don't think this is necessarily for the beginner who is just grasping what the basics are. But for anybody who's worked out for a year and done the bench press, and the flyes and cannot think of any other chest exercises, then this is a welcome breath of fresh air.
P.S.S. It's also not like you probably have NEVER heard of them. But more like if you did, you really wouldn't know what they were unless somebody totally explained it to you and showed you how to do it. Even if you did get the idea, it would take a while to figure it out. And there's quite a few fresh exercises in this book for each body part.
