The Arnold Classic in March 09

I would like to enter it in 2009. It would be my first contest, and I would like to know if its a visible goal.
I'm 175 lbs not sure about the body fat% I'm going to get that tested tonight or tomorrow.
Would it be enough time for me to cut down to competion weight?
What weight class could I enter?


Could I bulk up until Jan 1 then cut down till march? Would that be enough time or is cutting take more time?
Do i need to pay to enter the contest? Whats the protocol for entering contests?

The Arnold Classic is a national competition.  You won't even be allowed to enter without a handful of state wins.
