I have been a member of this site for a blistering 72 hours. In that 72 hours I have learned more useful information about human physiology here than almost anywhere else. Since even before I joined I was lurking around, reading the posts and absorbing information from REAL people, with real dedication. Thus far I have seen many muscle mag myth' s dispelled, that is more reassuring than you can imagine. Now one can achieve reasonable goals and get advice on nutrition, traning routines, and supplements, used by people just like you. It is also reassuring when a supplement product or routine is suggested you are hearing it from a person who does not represent the company that manufactures it, and at the same time realizes that it may not work for everyone. In one day I have turned my diet around, and immediately I have noticed a difference in my energy levels without the use of a supplement or even exercise. I very much appreciate the information and insight offered by our educated staff and members here . Thank you for your time and your help, Ty Stoddard USMC

Thanks Ty! Compliments like that are much appreciated. It' s reassuring to know that the work our members, moderators and admins put in to this (without pay) is appreciated. Thanks for joining. I hope to see a lot more posts from you. Your motivation and words will be seen by others who at some point, may be lurking around and have exactly similar thoughts as you did. As much as the posts you saw influenced you to read on and make changes, those same posts and posts like yours will motivate more and more. Keep em' coming bro!
